India Post Payment Bank is now functional after inauguration by PM Modi in September 2018. IPPB is a Payment Bank working under the aegis of Indian Postal department and 100% equity owned by Govt. of India. As of now, IPPB is functional in Post office premises. IPPB Online Complaint resolving phase has 3 tiers. Online complaint regarding staff not responding well, amount debited but not credited, QR Card not working etc., should be notify to IPPB Online Complaint Mechanism. Apart from Helpline Toll Free Customer care and complaint email id, Customer can write to IPPB via post.
Currently IPPB has 650 Branches/Controlling offices, 3,250 Post Offices across urban and rural India activated as banking access points for launch. IPPB has deployed more than 10K (Ten thousand) Postmen for providing doorstep banking services.

Register IPPB Online Complaint
To register online IPPB complaint regarding banking unsuccessful transaction, staff misbehavior, amount refund, corruption, bribe etc., Toll Free helpline number and customer care email id information is available. Tier wise IPPB complaint registration process is as follows:
Tier 1: Firstly contact on IPPB Toll Free Complaint Helpline Number and email id. If you are not satisfy with the reply or in case of no response within 7 working days, Contact the Branch Manager of your home branch or Any Nearest IPPB branch.
